Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Some types of items might be exempt from returns, including sale items.
Exchanges
For products that are defective or damaged, we offer exchanges. To exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@kebe.ca.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if any for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
